Why 5G network problem in Samsung phone?

My device after sometime sift on 4G and not auto switch 4G to 5G . 
4G to 5G only switch after flight mod on and turn off the switch 5G why any one knows about. 
 My secondary phone are not switch 4G Mobile brand name , Motorola even you no about this phone firt 5g phone in 2019 and even no proper 5g bands but 5G proper support .
Samsung s20 fe 5g phone not support why . ? 
Network like in Samsung zinga lala hu 4G +flight mode +5G zinga lala hu congratulations 5G is working😡

5G not fully powered up in India yet buddy. It is tower or network provider problem. If some phones showing 5G working properly, is actually bcoz phone is lite & not loaded with heavy apps, draining or more needing internet. Please Check it once.

It is signal reception problem only buddy. No error with device. I m very sure

Yes aditya, you're right. I'm using Airtel 5G but it keeps switching between 4G & 5G. My brother has Realme X7 Max and it has a separate option for 5G in Network setting, when he turns it on then 5G remains constantly active. Samsung gave an extra update for N28 band and claimed for it's stability but I don't see any difference. 5G is still not stable.
