While using whstapp other background process gets stops

After update, when ever I use WhatsApp other background running process gets stopped or queued, 

Things I noticed 

1) Volume rocker button not works

2) Regular phone call not rings

3) Screen shot not works

4) Clock time stuck 

As I close whatsapp every thing works

Any solutions anyone know?

I tried clearing cache

Please help
