While on calls, videos not getting played like hotstar apps in the backfround

Hi, 

While on WhatsApp calls, hotstar or any other videos not getting played. Earlier i was using realme device and was aworkimg out. 

This is the first time I am using samsung device and seems almost all options and user experience is quite difficult. 

Please could someone help me out. I am using samsung galaxy f23 5g
