Does anybody know for sure which 5G bands are acquired by which network operators? (EDIT : in India, I mean.)
Does Galaxy S20 FE 5G support all of them?

As far as I know S20FE 5G supports 9 5g bands and Jio supports all of them.

S20 FE 5G does not support n77 band which is an important band if you want a good 5G speed. n77 and n77 will be the most used 5G bands in metro cities as they are high frequency bands. However if you're living in a tier-2 or a tier-3 city, the low and/or mid frequency bands will be used and you don't have to worry about it.
