Recently my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Snapdragon was having poor battery life after upgrading to Android 12 OneUi 4.0 .
But , after enabling this function, I saw drastic improvement in battery life .
Also I did not face any problems in in the apps or or anything unusual .
I think you should also try this function.
NB : tap enabled and your device will go to reboot once ,
then you're good to go .
