When the software updates of android 15 & One UI 7 come into my S23 Ultra?

It's been 2 months or more almost when S25 ultra was launched but I didn't get any updates yet in my S23 ultra regarding software updates.

Is samsung planning to provide the updates or they'll give me Android 16 update directly?
