For S23 series it's already released on March 26 in India. Please go to setting and click on software update and update your's device. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also,click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

If you are running on Beta 1st then you will be get Beta 2nd and other next Beta updates. I think you are not Beta testers so you won't get it now. But please don't bothered about this now. You will be get One UI 7.0 stable version update may be in next quarter.
