Whatsapp image attachment issue After UI6.1 update

After UI update 6.1 on my s23 ultra mobile i am facing issue of photo attachment on WhatsApp...it is taking too much time for photo loading during whatsapp attachment hement ..doesn't any one faces same issue ?is it software or app issue ...I have reinstalled whatsapp 2 time but still issue persisting
