Whatsapp Issue

Guys my whatsapp is not working when my phone is locked...in s10+....Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

Check background usage of whatsapp

Settings>app>scroll down to whatsapp>Click on mobile data>Check background usage

Or
Go to device care and check optimized apps list

Yeah i have already checked...background usage is turned on...and in the optimized list also it's not there

Once clear whatsapp cache

And if problem still persists

Perform reset apps preferences

Settings>app>click 3 dots at top right>select reset apps preferences

It will change all default settings
