Whats the point launching new Samsung devices in SA

Whats the point @samsungsa for launching new devices having us support you and purchase these devices but get a tiny fraction of its full features and updates. Its really unfair we pay a hefty price for these devices and are being left behind. Worst part is Samsung SA doesnt care.

Thats why by the end of November im going to buy a Honor Huawei or Oppo flagship phone. Yes i know its chinese phones and less software updates

I have had the privilege of seeing other Samsung members community. They are way more active than us Southern Africans. If a one UI beta is published, most of them will notice it. Here in Southern Africa people don't care about the Samsung members app. People buy their Samsung and never open the app. Hence if we were given one UI 6 beta, less than 100 people would have enrolled
