G'afternoon everyone. This post is directed to the folks that run this Member's App.
If you look at recent postings here, you'll note that people are resorting to looking at overseas markets to try and get some insight insight as to when the update will be released here locally and to other African countries. It shouldn't be like this as we're all paying customers like everyone else. A few years ago it was done here, although not very accurate in terms of time-lines, but it was something at least. Now there's nothing, resulting in guesswork, frustration and unnecessary posts that can all be avoided if some good old planning and commitment is shown by Samsung. Got to raise the bar....

You are right, countries like South Africa and north African countries were given dates 📅🗓️ but now nothing. We understand we are poor but we still buy Samsung products too.

I respect what you say and is true. But all those who pay hard earned money for the devices should be supported equally under the Samsung code of ethics 👍

We deserve some recognition too. They only regard European Market, US, India and middle East

True that, Samsung is synonymous with inconsistency. They fail to be consistent, from UI to service delivery they just can't compare to their rivals. And if ever they find themselves on a downfall in the unforseen future, this would have contributed largely.
