It seems a new update is available for S23 Ultra. For those who have updated,
Kindly elaborate on this part where it is saying "Auto Blocker"
Does this mean from now on I will not be able to even connect my expandable SSD to my phone for transferring photos?
Thank you all in advance.

I guess it's an optional setting that you can turn on or off based on your preference in settings. This feature helps you to protect your device and data when you use direct USB sockets like on cafe, stations, airport. So when this option enabled, your device will only use the source for charging, not for anything like photo, file transfer or usb Ethernet.

Only if you are using Auto Blocker feature...you can toggle this off in settings...you can connect any USB devices by just turning off auto blocker/Maximum restrictions option when you connect the device.

Auto Blocker with Maximum Restrictions settings ON, only prevents connecting USB devices.
