I m continuously Chat with Samsung Support on WhatsApp, Sometime they said you will get ANDROID 14 ONE UI 6.0 

Sometime they said you will not get ANDROID 14 ONE UI 6.0 on SAMSUNG GALAXY S20 FE 5G.

They said you will get the update if your device launched with ANDROID 11 then you will get 14 update and Sometime they said if your device pre installed with ANDROID 10 Then you will not get the update 12,13 is the last. According to the SAMSUNG SUPPORT chat the old device which is launched in 2020 then this update not get if your device which is bought on 2023, which manufactured on September 2023 then they said "So you will recieve a notification about ANDROID 14 regarding"

What ? What ? Blah blah blah

They said please show me the purchase invoice
