I see this symbol (circled in blue) in control centre/notification panel. What does this mean? It started appearing post July security update.

Go to settings>network and connections>data usage>data saver

It's Data Sever icon and It's on . If you want turn off then go to setting, click network and connections, click Data usage, click Data Sever and turn off. Then this icon remove from here .
