On S25+ VoLTE/Vo5G icon does not appear on the status bar

Hi Samsung Community

I recently started using the Samsung Galaxy S25+, and after inserting my SIM card, I noticed that while the signal strength is displayed on the status bar, the VoLTE/Vo5G symbol does not appear. However, when I swipe down the notification panel, I can see the VoLTE/Vo5G icon.

On my other Samsung devices, including the Galaxy A35, A50, and S23, the VoLTE icon appears directly on the top status bar without needing to swipe down. I have checked the settings but could not find any relevant option to enable this behavior

Pls let me know if this is the case for others using S25 series

It's not needed on status bar. Waste of space. In India Airtel and Jio are on VoLTE by default. Hence no need to always display it ;)

Yeah but few might want that
It will be better if it is also customizable 😊

It is just a removal of the volte icon
And about the space, anyways that icon doesn't hinder other icons
When u turn off the mobile data u can see only the signal strength bars and it doesn't mean that it is connected to a network, it just says that it is getting a downlink from tower
Only when u swipe u will get to know that
So I think it is required
