Kindly make sure that the phone is updated to that last software version, you should try to reset all the settings from the settings >General/ General management> Reset > Reset all settings. Also, clear cache the camera app from the settings > apps > camera app > storage > clear cache. Otherwise, If the issue still exists you should visit the service center directly.
