I have been using the new phone for 2 days , in compare to my galaxy note 4 the galaxy s8+ has wi fi issues it is slow with sluggish signals in compare to the other phones around the house and office .
I hope Samsung will address this issue very soon with their latest phone
I tried all possible software settings and the problem persists
