All of that stress we unnecessarily took, all that constant checking every few mins or hours or days that we did. All that for a software update. Hope this either puts your worries to rest or gives you clarity. They did this slow release because of potential problems like this exactly. Instead of breaking our phones, they've detected a serious issue and have rolled back the update altogether.
I work in the tech industry, especially in project and product management. Issues happen, releases go haywire and things get delayed. That, is not our worry or concern. Samsungs POOR COMMUNICATION with its users is the main problem here. I really am glad they're doing the right thing but I'm starting to slowly hate their lack of transparency w.r.t the update. I feel you guys now. 😅
