Is there any body can tell me that when I can use 5g network in my S24 Fe?
I had bought it from canada and now I am in India using Jio and Airtel but both are working in only 4g.
I had consulted in Samsung Customer Service and as also Airtel and jio. They are totally helpless
Jio will not working as so many members said but in my case Airtel thanks app showing my device is 5g ready but still not getting 5g network.
Is there any chance to get 5g in future by update or go with Apple?? What's option?

It sounds like your Samsung Galaxy S24 FE is not connecting to 5G in India, even though Airtel Thanks app says your device is 5G-ready. Let’s break this down:
Possible Reasons Why 5G Isn’t Working on Your S24 FE 1. Carrier & Device Compatibility Issue (Bands Missing?) You bought the device in Canada, so it may not support the 5G bands used in India. Jio mainly uses SA (Standalone) 5G (n28, n78 bands). Many global Samsung models do not support Jio SA 5G. Airtel uses NSA (Non-Standalone) 5G, which works on existing 4G bands. This is why Airtel Thanks app says your device is "5G Ready".
How to check supported bands?
Dial *#0011# → Tap "Band Selection" → See if n78, n28 are available. If these bands are missing, your phone will never support Jio 5G (unless Samsung enables it in a future update). 2. Software Lock by Samsung (Region Lock) Some Samsung devices are region-locked. Canadian models might not have the firmware optimized for Indian 5G networks. Samsung may or may not release an update to enable 5G for Indian networks. 3. SIM & Network Settings Issue Use Airtel SIM in SIM Slot 1 (Some phones prefer Slot 1 for 5G). Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode and set it to 5G/4G/3G/2G (Auto). Try removing Jio SIM and use only Airtel, then restart. Will a Future Update Fix This?
Possible but not guaranteed. Samsung could push a software update enabling 5G for Indian carriers, but if your phone lacks the right hardware bands, updates won’t help.
Best Solution? Should You Switch to Apple?
✅ If you must use 5G in India, buy an Indian variant of S24 FE or switch to an iPhone (iPhones have fewer regional restrictions).
✅ If you are okay with 4G speed, continue using your current device and wait for updates.
If 5G is a must, switching to an iPhone (or an Indian model Android) is your best bet.

Dear Samsung Customer support,
This is not an acceptable solution. Here, you write that 5G is not supported in overseas models in india. Is this mentioned anywhere?? On box on anything else??
How could customers know about your this policy before purchasing your phones?? ( It's a little bit of sounds like a scam.)
You are pushing me to do legal things in court.
And yes, you have a great answer "Wo dont support" and "we dont give you an international warranty"
As per you answer ist cleared that if you want to buy phones from overseas, then you must choose the iPhone, not Samsung..
Am I right??
The way you give answers to your customers is like dealing with any local and unprofessional fellow.
Dear Samsung, kindly understand that you're an international company.
I bought your so-called premium phone , so keep in mind.
SEE YOU IN COURT
