I can't be able to enable voice focus mode in my samsung S22 phone during the phone call which is supposed to enhance the call conversation by reducing sorrounding noise,need your help.please guide

I don't think S series phones were provided with this feature I saw it in A series phone

All ready inbuilt in phone even you check, no need for additional option, all ready it's clear the voice by using two micro phone

Understand this 

Voice focus is completely a software based noise canceling which they use in mid-range phones like F & M series, they use a algorithm which figures out background noises and then cancels those frequencies out. 

On the other hand S series phones from long time ago used hardware based noise canceling you may see two small holes over your camera module on the frame those are microphones which pick up background noise and the mic beneath (left side of your charging port) picks up your voice. A software then deletes the frequencies picked up from the above mics from the original sound thus deleting the background noise and achieving noise canceling 

Benefits of having hardware based noise canceling 

1.) Voice is more natural than the voice focus mode as hardware based does less processing

2.) Voice focus makes your voice a bit unrealistic sounding as it is heavily processed 

3.) The algorithm voice focus uses could never pick up 100% of the background noise, so the parts of your voice also gets canceled (intensity/amplitude reduction)

4.) Voice focus will get better over time when they gather more and more data and train it's ML model or algorithm accordingly. Hardware based doesn't have to do that as the data is gathered in real time improving the overall efficiency
