Voice focus feature and Bixby text call not working

I have recently bought s23. I am really disappointed that the voice focus feature is not working in my phone and the bixby text call also not working. It is showing that The linked page doesn't exist in the Galaxy Store.Check with the link provider to get the

correct link. (9900).

First download the language pack from the above link.
Next when you turn on the feature, Try to click on language in quick succession. It will open the language page
Then, Click the cancel on download prompt and change the language to US English
It worked for me

Hey, that worked! Thanks so much! I've been trying to get it on my phone and it came up with the same problem. I knew it wasn't a UK restriction as my gf's phone had the feature and my phones us newer than hers. Thanks again!
