Just putting this post out here to let the team know that we still can't make calls or recieve messages on our unlocked phones bought directly from samsung. Are you guys working on it? atleast acknowledge the problem!
what have other people with this issue done? Can someone guide/ help me to downgrade my phone?

I have already done this and my nearest service center was clueless about this issue. Sir Please go through multiple tickets for the same issue on your forum and try to understand the issue. If a feature has been removed from the firmware, how can the service senter guy help.
