Galaxy Sfollow these steps...
"Goto settings > general management > reset > reset all settings "
after reset it will restart automatically. And your settings will be default and new 👌
It's very safe and no any type of data loosing... 👍

Galaxy SIt might be an off-topic question, but are you able to see the Sim application (like airtel live) for your eSim?
I guess there is an issue after the update as I am not able to see it. I did reset the phone as well.
