Samsung phones currently don't support recording in Dolby Vision, using HDR10+ instead. While you can play Dolby Vision content on some Samsung devices, recording in that format isn't currently possible due to hardware and software limitations. (Actually HDR10+ is Samsung's own technology that's why they don't prefer Dolby vision).
