Vertical lines on Screen- S21 FE

After the last update on 03-11-2023, vertical yellow lines are appearing on my samsung S21 FE 5G. Yesterday it was 2 lines today morning it becomes 5 lines.

Samsung authorised service centre at Kollam City just switched off there phone and i am unable to contact them. Truely frustrating service from samsung side. I am a regular customer of Samsung smart phones, S3, s5, s7, s9+, S10 lite. This is 1st time my phone geting damage and try to reach service centre. If this the way your service centre works, we will be forced to shift brand.

Update: My olive green phone is replaced with a black screen set for Rs.13,646. Initially customer care center told Rs. 9,500/-, once after replacement they charged Rs. 13,646/-. There excuse is "intially told rate of 9500/- is for green, for black it is 13,646/- also no warranty due to that" No idea why this much irresponsible guys are managing customer care center. I dont wish to quarrel with them, as I need to move to another city I dont have time also to waste for that.

Anyway thanks now its working.

Try to raise your complaint through online sources
1. Email to both customer service email and CEO email
2. Tweet and tag Samsung india there

Its strange that almost all users of S21 fe did not get this issue after update and you got this isuue. Brother don't contact customer service. Just go there and meet them personally. If your phone is under warrenty then samsung will replace the display with new one if there is no physical demage in your phone. Shifting brand is not good idea because other company phones are getting this lines issue more than samsung and also mother board failures.
