Vertical Line on Display after Updation

The recent software update has caused a vertical pink display line on my screen. I contacted the customer care regarding this issue and have proceeded to do all the troubleshooting steps they suggested.However, the line did not only go but grew brighter.

I visited the service centre and have confirmed from them that my phone does not have any physical or water damage.

I did not pay 75,000 rs to buy samsung to get this poor treatment. As someone who has only used samsung phones her entire life this is a huge disappointment. 

After contacting the support centre, they suggested I approve of the estimate they provided for changing my display which is around 20,000 rs as the issue did not arise from their side. When clearly the line came after the recent update.

Samsung keeps telling they don't have a replacement policy for their S23 phone when clearly they should as a few other S23 users are having the same issue.

The line had appeared after the software update had been done and therfore paying around 20,000 for something that is not due to a user fault does not make sense. As I had previously mentioned there is no physical or water damage to the phone, the same was also checked and confirmed when I took it to a Samsung store. It has also not been two years since I have purchased this phone.

I would not have considered purchasing a flageship phone from Samsung if such issues were known to arise and such poor quality customer service was given . What guarantee is there another line wont appear after the next update?

This has not only appeared in my phone a few other users have also complained the same problem. I request the Samsung team to look into this matter and provide a satisfactory solution that both teams can agree upon.

That is such a worst support from Samsung. There are many posts in the Members Community since last update regarding pink and red line.
At least the brands like OnePlus are providing Worry free solution for these issues. They provide lifetime warranty on green line issues. That describes how much they trust on their display and overall product. It's a shame for such a big brand to sell out not up to the mark products and not giving the support when it's an issue from brand's side.

There was a time when Note 7 blasted everywhere when you recalled all the products but now this is pathetic Samsung. Not to forget, the delays in ONE UI updates are also increasing day by day.
