Beta enrollment for S24 is closed for now. If Samsung policy allows new recruits then you can get a chance to enroll when next Beta gets released. Keep a tab on the beta banner.

Since you bought in international market the CSC will not be INR and hence you may get a notification when beta is released for that CSC registered in your phone.

Please check your notifications again, or maybe you may find a banner for the same.

Perhaps you bought the S24 from the international market, and they haven't received the beta update yet. Only selected markets have received the beta update.
