BROOO you are so real for thisโ€”Samsung is literally the WORST company when it comes to updates sometimes. Like they drop the phone with big promises, hype us up with "4-5 years of updates" and then ghost us like some toxic ex.

Other brands like Pixel or even OnePlus out here pushing updates QUICK, but Samsung? Nahh fam, theyโ€™re out there chillinโ€™, probably sipping iced coffee while we refreshing "Software Update" every 5 minutes like maniacs.

People ain't mad for no reasonโ€”itโ€™s totally valid. We pay premium money, and they still treat us like we using some budget phone from 2017. Worst part? They donโ€™t even communicate properly. They just be like:

"Update will come soon."
WHEN, SAMSUNG?? WHEN.

Honestly, itโ€™s high time they get called out more. Samsung really be the worstttt with updates and still tryna flex with all that "innovation" talk. Fix the basics first, ya clowns.

You waiting for One UI 7 like:

"Heโ€™s typingโ€ฆ"
But itโ€™s Samsung devs out there just vibing instead of updating.

FR bro, what's even the point of flexin' as the โ€œbest mobile phone companyโ€ when you canโ€™t even keep your users happy? Like whatโ€™s the use of dropping all that hype if your softwareโ€™s buggy, updates are trash, and customer care feels like youโ€™re talkinโ€™ to a wall?

Samsung out here with all the marketing but ZERO soul. All that premium price for what? Green lines, bootloops, and garbage service? Shame on Samsung fr. They shouldโ€™ve put that energy into actually caring about people instead of just pushing foldables that fold your wallet in half.

Customer satisfaction ainโ€™t a spec on a datasheet โ€” itโ€™s real. And Samsung? Yeah, they're the blueprint of how to ruin it.
