Galaxy SOnce you are on a Beta build, your device often stops receiving standard monthly "stable" updates until you either receive the next Beta patch or the final stable version of that OS is released.

Galaxy SGo to Settings > About phone > Software information and look at the Build number.
Beta Version: If the fourth character from the end is a Z, it is a Beta build.
Example: S928BXXU4ZYHB (This is your current Beta build).
Normal (Stable) Version: If that character is a letter like A, B, C, or S, it is a stable public release.
Example: S928BXXS5CZB2
