It's not possible to switch from beta to stable. Only it's possible when stable update is released

Nothing to do by you. The last Beta closer update will be the stable version of One UI 8.0 update. So simply update your's device just previously. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
