Us we're wsiting for android 12 you're still waiting for android 11, I think those devices no longer receive the new software updates

Samsung devices get 3 years Updates sir. So count from the android version that it came with from factory

Go and research again, All Samsung phones get 3 years Android updates, the new rule is that from 2021, Some Flagship will get and additional year for security patches.
They won't get Android update for 4th time, they will get just Security patches
