After the quickshare update, this problem has seemed to be resolved, it's been a week after the update and I haven't seen the same glitch again after the update
almost all heating issues has been resolved except when you use any camera based applications like snapchat or the camera app and while using high power consumption application, to be fair every phone heats up in that situation but I haven't seen any major performance throttling. So I guess good job Samsung software team? now the smartphone is working as it is supposed to be!!

In exynos i also feels that heating reduced after 2 updates. Before that while using camera phone gets heat and camera automatically will turn off. After latest 2 updates that issue got resolved

It's reduced but still overheats when using any video calling app such as Google Duo etc.

Yes I have noticed that too but Google has to optimize the app even tho Samsung and Google has integrated Duo with system dialer app.

I was on Duo call with my cousin. He was using a non Samsung phone. After some time we checked the temperatures of our respective phones, his phone was at 36 Deg C while my S20 Fe was at 46 Deg C.
