I try to update my Samsung galaxy s20 fe AT&T (SM-G781U) through Samsung smart switch in PC (windows 8.1)...first process complete it and then show me your battery is low and I unplug it from PC and charge my phone then I connect again but it shows me now "cannot create the file when that file already exists..
 I try again and again also reinstall Samsung smart switch but nothing happens..
 But my update is available through smart switch app..
 Any solution

We also request you kindly share the log file. Also, share video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
