I have this phone for a while now it is Samsung Galaxy S10 plus And the current update that I have is Android 9 I haven't gotten the newest update yet so what's the issue
1. Maybe home csc problem. Put sim card and factory data reset ur mobile and check Go settings- general- reset - factory data reset ( it's will delete all file) 2. If not working u have to flash new firmware via odin
