Update issue

 Anyone know why the s24 ultra is not getting the update, some got it but haven't received it since September, who should I complain to, can I help?

1) try with Samsung Switch
2) look for settings about phone and status (last one "phone status" should be "Official").
If all of the above don't help, then goto service center and ask them to flash ur phone(take backup b4 u do so or else data will be lost forever).
