Galaxy SFirstly, ensure that your device is connected to a stable internet connection. You've already tried using Wi-Fi, so let's move on to other possible fixes.
*Potential Solutions:*
- *Reset the device*: If none of the above steps work, you may want to consider resetting your device to its factory settings. To do this, go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory data reset.
If you're still experiencing issues after trying these solutions, it's possible that the problem is on Samsung's end. You can try contacting Samsung support directly for further assistance.
Additionally, Samsung has recently rolled out the One UI 7 Beta update in India, which includes various bug fixes and improvements. You can try enrolling in the One UI 7 Beta program through the Samsung Members app to see if it resolves the issue.
I hope these suggestions help you resolve the issue and get your device updated successfully!
