I am using Samsung S7 Edge updated to Nougat. But I am not receiving any unread notifications in some of the third party apps specifically Gmail and yahoo mail. But I am receiving notification on other 3rd party apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, twitter.. Can anyone help??? Tried contacting Samsung customer service but they couldn't resolve the issue and gave factory reset is the only option. Thanks. Also would like to know if S7 edge will receive the oreo update or not.
