Dude, before I got my Samsung phone, I thought One UI was like, super optimized and all that. I was expecting a whole new experience with the latest Samsung phone, but boy, was I wrong! I've been hit with so many bugs, it's ridiculous. I mean, two bugs in two weeks? And one of them still isn't fixed! I even took the phone to a service center, but guess what? It was just a fancy smart cafe with no proper seating or anything. There was only one service guy, and he either didn't know what he was doing or just didn't care. He wanted me to wait for an hour and a half, but there was nowhere to even sit! And to top it all off, other stores were closed, but Google didn't have the updated info. I never expected this kind of experience i a city like Kolkata. It was a total let down, man.
