It's a network band problem. Those phone didn't design with Indian band that's why you are not able to use it 5G. Contact samsung customer face to face so if any chance would be there they will definitely do that.

Everyone facing this issue, and samsung is the only brand who restricted some bands regionwise. All other brands are allowing users to use jio 5g in india no matter you bring your device from any country. Ive purchased usa samsung device earlier in 2024, and tried everything but jio 5g didnt work. So i have to sell that device in a cheaper price and bought s23u indian variant.

You're not alone in facing this issue. Many users with US-bought Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra phones are unable to use Jio 5G in India.
Here's why:
* Band Compatibility: US and Indian 5G networks use different frequency bands. US models of the S24 Ultra may not support all the 5G bands used by Jio in India.
* Software Restrictions: Some carriers or manufacturers may impose software restrictions on international models to limit network compatibility.
* Jio's Network Policy: Jio might have specific requirements for 5G compatibility on international devices, which US models may not meet.
Possible Resolutions (though not guaranteed):
* Software Updates: Check for software updates for your phone. Sometimes, updates can improve network compatibility or add support for new bands.
* Contact Jio Support: Reach out to Jio customer support and explain the issue. They may be able to provide specific guidance or troubleshooting steps.

I contacted both samsung and jio customer care. Jio network intentionally block the android mobiles from other than India purchased. Jio cc confirmed me when free 5g over... Then all mobiles have access the jio 5g without any restrictions. So I ported to airtel and now using Airtel 5g in my mobile.
