Unable to take log file

I am having some issues with one ui 7 and i am trying to take log file but its not happening, i tried *#9900# but its not working, is there any other option to take log file

Turn off Auto Blocker and try again.

Go to Settings --> Security and Privacy --> Scroll down and Find Auto Blocker --> Turn the toggle off.
