My device is unable to switch between 5ghz and 2.4ghz wofo network automatically. I have both of them set under the same SSID but if I am far from the router and connect to wifi it chooses 2.4ghz but never changes to 5ghz even if I am close to it, I have to turn off wifi and on again to connect to it. The same is true for 5ghz, it is not automatically switching to 2.4ghz even if the signal is weak.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
