On Netflix and Prime, I am unable to play videos in full quality. I think my internet connection supports it, but I'm still unable to play them.

Its a widevine issue i think
Check for google play security patch update and restart your device

Please reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time also optimize your's device in device care too also clear catche of all apps manually also update your's device including Google Play System update then try to it's again.
