Unable to change internet service without changing primary SIM.

I am unable to switch mobile internet without changing the primary sim. There is no option to only change the internet service. 
I always have to switch Primary SIM to change the internet usage.
Earlier there was an option to just change the preferred sim for calls, messages and mobile data service from one SIM to other without changing the Primary SIM. But now there is no option in s24ultra.

 I have attached the old version where there was an option to set the preference.
