Changing CSC is a risky process if you do it yourself, and if it's done incorrectly, you might soft brick your device. To do so, you can search for the process on XDA. But first, you need to unlock your bootloader, and this will trip the Knox counter and void your warranty. First, enable developer options, and then in the developer options, you will find an option to unlock your device. Otherwise, visit a service center and request them to flash Indian software. There's a high probability that they won't do it, but you can try. Another way is to visit a local mobile shop that can do it. Except for the service center, all other methods might trip your Knox counter, and you will lose your warranty. So, do it with caution.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your query, we want to inform you that 5G is not supported in overseas models in India. and we do not recommend changing the CSC code of the device. However, you can visit the service center team they will provide you all better information regarding the same.

You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support

I visited samsung service center, they said they cannot help in this regards. Means once the product is purchased, samsung does not take any kind of ownership. Apple is better in that case
