After installing beta version of one ui 6 in samsung s23 ultra

Beta softwares generally have lot of bugs and functionality issues so I think you should use beta versions only if you are a developer otherwise it is not user-friendly for public

Beta software aren't certified by google. Thus work profile won't work. Your only option is to downgrade to to oneui 5
