Hello Samsung Members,

I'm using the Indian variant of the Galaxy S21 FE (Snapdragon) currently on One UI 7 (Android 15) with firmware G990B2XXSCHYE2 (Bootloader v5).

Unfortunately, after the update, I’m facing multiple issues:

Camera quality degraded vs older versions (especially night mode)

Increased shutter lag and poor image processing

Overall system lag and higher battery consumption

Missing features or performance compared to One UI 5/6

I wanted to downgrade to Android 13 (One UI 5) — but due to the bootloader lock (v5), I'm unable to flash any lower binary.

Samsung, please consider:

1. Allowing users to downgrade in case of dissatisfaction

2. Providing better camera tuning & stability updates for One UI 7

3. Giving advanced users a way to unlock bootloader with support disclaimers

I hope others facing the same problem can join the discussion and we get an official response.

Thanks,
Raj Mondal

Samsung wants you to buy newer flagships. So they release unoptimised software. The camera quality has degraded, especially the telephoto lens. Also multiple lags across whole system.
