only indian models support 5G in india, the only way for it to work is by flashing indian frimware..but since you bought it from usa your model has a U alphabet at the end? if yes then you cant flash any frimware apart from usa and canada frimware

If it had the same model number then just activate your 5g services of your sim by putting your sim in any other indian S22 ultra and then use it back in your Chile device.. I used same trick bcoz my jio app still showing that you need to upgrade your device.. I wish it will work for you too..

Just activate your Jio 5g welcome offer in Indian S22 Ultra and use it for 2-3 hrs. and then replace your sim in your Australian device and enjoy...
