Can someone explain why the s10 doesn't get UI updates anymore although it has similar like specs (hardware) as the S21, S22, and even S23. This can't be fair.
The S10 does not qualify for the 4 year update policy, it goes up to 3 if I am not wrong but it's a strategy to get you to buy the latest device once your update policy ends. Yes it is a flagship but its a strategic move to make you upgrade.
Because it's no longer supported. It came out in 2019, and this was the last year for support. I had one for 4 years. So you are stuck with the software you got. Even the S23 won't be supported in 2028
