Ui 7 update in s24ultra of UAE variants in India

I am using s24ultra UAE variant in India how I can get UI 7 update

U can't. . U will have to flash indian firmware using Odin first. . Then only u can receive beta

You will not get the beta version of One UI 7. The stable release of One UI 7 will be available with a global rollout in the UAE, which is expected to happen in early 2025.
