Why is Samsung delaying updates so much? Vivo has already released Android 15 with FunTouch OS 15 on its flagship models. Samsung's planning is not good for customers. I think Samsung should learn from other companies' OS 15 and release something different from the rest.

At least announce a release date; that would be good. But this attitude does not sit well with Samsung users and will affect them too. Now, Samsung users are facing display line issues after updating the software, like the 247MB security patch. Please try to understand the users' concerns. I know very well that Samsung will not change its policy based on customer interaction. This is only my opinion about Samsung's attitude towards OS updates. I have the right to express my opinion.

Samsung is still struggling to launch its former version of OS Beta.

Ironically, they promise 5 years and 7 years of OS update but can not provide updates within time

I believe that Samsung may not provide the same level of updates and features to older models as they do to newer ones. As time passes, Samsung may prioritize newer models and restrict certain features to older generations of devices, similar to Apple's approach.
